Calpe is famous for its white sandy beaches and rugged coves.

 

Calpe is synonymous with the Peñón de Ifach, an impressive limestone rock listed as one of the Seven Wonders of Valencia and home to many birds, mammals and reptiles. In addition to this natural park, Calpe has many beautiful beaches to offer.

The beach is in walking distance (10 to 15 minutes maximum) from your stay.

Calpe is a municipality with a rich culture and history. Romans, Iberians and Moors have fought for this beautiful location for 20 centuries.

 

In the local museums within walking distance there are exhibitions with the remains of these civilizations. The historic center is still in good condition.

 

You will find many murals there. It has small streets and squares and a good village atmosphere.

 

Every Saturday there is a market, where you will find everything from fruit and vegetables to fabrics and small trinkets.
